Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customers

We understand that plans can change. Here's how our cancellation policy works:

Free Cancellation

  • Cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment: Full refund, no penalty
  • Cancel within the first 15 minutes of booking (regardless of appointment time): Full refund

Late Cancellation

  • Cancel 12-24 hours before appointment: 50% refund
  • Cancel less than 12 hours before appointment: No refund

No-Show

If you do not show up for your appointment without cancelling, no refund will be issued. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Bookings" in your dashboard
  3. Find the booking you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Booking" and confirm

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

Cancellation by Service Providers

Service providers may cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances. When this happens:

  • You will receive immediate notification via email and in-app notification
  • A full refund will be automatically processed
  • We will help you find an alternative provider if desired

Providers who frequently cancel may face penalties including reduced visibility on the platform.

Rescheduling

Instead of cancelling, you may reschedule your appointment subject to provider availability. Rescheduling is free if done more than 12 hours before the original appointment time.

Platform Cancellations

Beauvia reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Safety concerns
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Force majeure events

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
